Tell Me is a corporate management system built for daily use by people who did not choose it. We designed it around the handful of tasks that make up most of a working day, and made those fast.

Problem

Internal tools are judged by their worst screen, not their best. Where a frequent task takes too many steps, people route around the system and its data stops being trustworthy.

Solution

We mapped what the team does most often and built the interface around that, keeping rarely-used administration out of the main path without hiding it.
