Overview

Dr Kareem Marrof needed two things from one site: a public presence that establishes credibility, and a portal for people already in his care. We built both without letting either compromise the other.

Real Problems Met With Practical Solutions

Problem

A public site and a patient portal pull in opposite directions — one is a first impression, the other is a tool used repeatedly. Built as one undifferentiated site, both end up mediocre.

Solution

We separated the two journeys at the architecture level while keeping one visual system, so the public pages stay uncluttered and the portal stays direct.
