Each regional site had drifted into its own look, structure, and workflow. Content teams were duplicating work across markets, and every divergence made the brand weaker and maintenance more expensive.
Solution
We rebuilt the information architecture around a shared template system: one design language, one component library, with regional content and product variations layered on top. Internal teams now publish once and localize, instead of rebuilding per market.
