Overview

SAUDI MAG covers Saudi culture, cities, architecture, business and design. It is a full publishing platform rather than a brochure — articles and categories, search, subscriptions, comments, sponsorships and an editorial dashboard, all in one Next.js application.

Real Problems Met With Practical Solutions

Problem

An independent title has no publishing team to absorb friction. Anything the editorial process cannot do without a developer becomes a bottleneck, and the schedule slips.

Solution

We built the platform around the editorial workflow: articles and categories managed from an admin dashboard, with subscriptions, comments, sponsorships and analytics as first-class parts of the system rather than bolted-on services.
